Clinics & Services

In addition to GP consultations the practice offers a range of clinics and healthcare services:

Diabetic Clinic – run by our Diabetic Nurse Specialist, Sally Beedles

Childhood Immunisations – Tuesday afternoons and Thursday mornings. 

Health Checks – with our Healthcare Support Worker most days

Minor Surgery -  we run regular minor surgery clinics - please discuss with your GP. 

Family Planning (FPC) - for contraceptive advice and treatment and smears, routine appointments are available throughout the week and also at the weekend extended access clinic. Dr Shepherd is available once a month on Mondays for family planning clinic procedures to fit coils or do implant fittings and removals, by appointment only please.

Travel Vaccinations – See the above tab for more information about travel vaccines. Please note that from 1/9/19 the surgery will only administer NHS vaccines; private vaccines will need to be organised elsewhere - see lists of vaccines by clicking on the tab above.
