Patient Access

Patient Access Logo

Most of our patients use Patient Access to book appointments, order prescriptions and view sections of their medical records.

You can access quick support via this link - the material ranges from helping you reset your password (if you've forgotten it or are locked out of your account) to initial registration and includes everything in between (eg, how to order prescriptions).

If you've not yet registered for Patient Access, please visit our Online Services page. We do however recommend the official NHS App over Patient Access if you have a smart phone - the registration for this is much quicker.

NHS App

NHS App Breakdown

More recently, the official NHS App has been available for patients to register with. This application allows for registration without having to fill in forms and is very quick, it does however require a smartphone.
