Travel Vaccinationsglobal air travel

If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you need to make an appointment with the practice nurse to discuss your travel arrangements. Please make this appointment at least 6 weeks before you travel, as a follow-up appointment will be required for any vaccinations to be given.

Please complete the online travel questionnaire below before you come to your appointment to enable her to give you the appropriate advice.

There is further information about countries and vaccinations required on the links below which you may find very helpful to read before attending your appointment.

A list of the vaccine fees can be viewed but unfortunately due to fluctuating vaccine costs these prices may change at short notice.

** FROM 1/9/19 the surgery will only administer NHS vaccines ie any private vaccines will need to be organised at an alternative surgery or travel clinic/pharmacy.

NHS vaccines include Hepatis A, Typhoid, Cholera, Diphtheria,Tetanus +Polio, Combined Hepatitis A + Hepatitis B.  Where private travel vaccines are required, patients will need to attend a travel clinic elsewhere eg another GP Surgery or Pharmacy. Our nurses will continue to give appropriate travel advice.
